Creamed Chipped Beef
one jar dried beef, sliced into thin ribbons
four tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons all-goal flour
four cups total milk
Pepper to taste
Melt butter in a heavy pan more than medium heat. Include flour to the pan and whisk for several minutes to take away the raw flour taste.
Slowly pour in milk and whisk constantly until finally a thick sauce forms. Add pepper to taste and stir in the dried beef. Serve in excess of generously buttered toast.
